All of our Wave iSUPs come with a 1 Year warranty for manufacturing faults/generic damage from the date in which you receive the product. Please note:
- We will only replace the Wave iSUP if our troubleshooting solutions and/or repair has been unsuccessful.
- Products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.
- Due to hygiene reasons, in the case of a SUP being returned to us, it must be returned in clean & dry condition regardless of the type of the warranty claim. Failure to do this could result in a £25 cleaning fee being charged.
All warranty claims are subject to product assessment and testing on receipt of the SUP. We will request photographic evidence of any damages before processing a warranty claim in full. In order to be directed to the relevant aftersales provider, you're required to submit a warranty claim directly with us.

- Proof of purchase
- Photos of SUP inflated
- Photo(s) of the problem
