Free next working day tracked delivery for all SUPs and Kayaks via DPD, with an option for Saturday delivery available for an extra £9.99. Upon dispatch, DPD will provide you with a one-hour tracking window.

For accessories, a £4.99 delivery fee applies to orders under £100, whereas orders over £100 enjoy free shipping through Royal Mail.

At Wave , we are passionate about getting you out on the water. We are confident in the quality of our boards and accessories, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to be clear, fair, and fully compliant with consumer law.

Change of Mind (Your Right to Cancel)

For any board or accessory purchased from our website, you have a legal right to cancel the order if you change your mind. This is often called the "cooling-off" period.

The Two-Step Return Process:

Notify Us Within 14 Days: You have 14 days, starting from the day after you receive your item, to inform us that you wish to make a return. Please contact our support team at support@wavesupboards.com to do this.

Send the Item Back Within 14 Days: After you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Our support team will guide you through this process and provide all the details needed for your return.

Condition of "Change of Mind" Returns

We ask that you please return all items in their original, unused condition. It’s fine to unpack and inspect your board and accessories as you would in a shop. However, if you wish to return an item as unwanted, please do not use it on the water. If an item is returned used beyond what is necessary for inspection, or is damaged, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Return Shipping Costs

For unwanted items ("change of mind" returns), you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return postage.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in the durability and performance of our boards. However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, your rights are fully protected.

Your Short-Term Right to a Refund

If your board or any accessory is damaged on arrival or develops a fault, you have the right to a full refund if you notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.

Our Manufacturer's Warranty (After 30 Days)

If a fault develops after the initial 30-day period, your product is protected by its manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period depends on the generation of the product you purchased.

  • For SUP/Kayak 1.0 Models: 1-year warranty
  • For SUP/Kayak 2.0 & 3.0 Models: 2-year warranty

The model version is stated on the original product packaging and manual. If you are unsure which version you have, please contact our support team with your order details.

How to Report a Faulty or Damaged Item

Please contact our support team at support@wavesupboards.com as soon as you discover an issue. To help us resolve this quickly, please provide your order number and a description of the fault, the quickest way to resolve issues is by including Images/videos of the issue/fault to help our technical team diagnose the problem quickly - the team will also share findings with the manufacturer for quality control purposes. For any item confirmed as faulty under warranty, we will cover all reasonable return postage costs. Before sending an item back to us for a warranty claim, we kindly ask that you ensure it is in a reasonably clean and dry state. This allows our team to safely handle and inspect the product and helps us to process your claim as efficiently as possible.
