RETURN POLICY

We're happy to accept returns should the item not suit or is faulty in anyway. All exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.

We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags in tact and in its original packaging. You will also be required to supply proof of purchase.

For any return questions or to start a return, please contact our customer care team via email at customercare@wavesupboards.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your package.

Items sent back to Wave SUPs without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of receipt, we cannot process your request until we receive the returned item, which may take a few days depending on your chosen courier.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend using a tracked service for the return.

Incorrect Item Received, Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon receipt, if a return is required due to a mistake by Wave Sups or any part of your order is defective or damaged please contact customercare@wavesupboards.com within 7 days of receipt to enable our team to evaluate the situation and make it right.
